15 Day Returns

If you need to return an item, no worries! You've got a generous 14 days from the purchase date. Just make sure your item is new, unused, unassembled, and still in its original packaging to snag a refund.

Sorry, but anything that's been used can't be taken back. If your return is a bit worn or missing parts, we'll still do our best with a partial refund. Heads up, though – there's a 20% refinishing fee for certain returned items.

Remember to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns/exchanges, and mark it clearly on the box. Thanks a bunch!
