Arteflame Shipping Policy

Freight Deliveries (Curbside Only)
All freight shipments (including Arteflame grills) are delivered curbside only. If you have special delivery requirements, please communicate them directly with the shipping carrier once tracking details are provided.
Freight services arranged through Arteflame do not include placement, setup, assembly, or in-home delivery services.
Receiver must be present to accept freight delivery.
Order Processing & Transit Times
- Processing time: Arteflame drop-ship orders are typically processed for shipment every Wednesday. Processing time is separate from transit time and also applies to expedited shipping selections.

Estimated transit times:
- Standard parcel shipping: 3–5 business days
- Freight shipping: 5–7 business days
- Freight scheduling: The freight carrier may contact you directly to coordinate delivery scheduling.
- Weekends & holidays: Freight shipments generally do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays unless special arrangements are made.
- Delays: If a significant shipping delay occurs, we will attempt to notify you by email or phone.
Required Delivery Inspection (Freight Shipments)
All freight shipments are insured. To remain eligible for freight damage claims, you must inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt.
- Inspect all boxes, pallets, and packaging thoroughly for external and internal damage before signing.
- Document any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before accepting delivery.
- Photograph all packaging and visible damage.
- Retain all original packaging materials until the shipment has been fully inspected and accepted.
Signing the delivery receipt without noting damage may transfer liability to the receiver and may affect claim eligibility. Do not assume products are undamaged simply because outer packaging appears intact.
Important: Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing tracking details. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Shipping Charges & Refused Shipments
If shipping was included (“free”) or discounted (flat rate) at the time of purchase, the actual shipping cost (or the difference for flat-rate shipments) may be deducted from any approved refund for returned items.
Any refused shipment or order canceled after shipment will be refunded minus all shipping-related charges. For complete return terms, please refer to the Arteflame Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy.
Damages, Loss & Shipping Claims
The Kitchen Arena and Arteflame are not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit after shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
- Freight shipments: Follow the inspection procedures above and ensure all damage is documented on the carrier delivery receipt.
- All shipments: Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a shipping claim and notify us within 48 hours so we may assist where possible.
- Keep all damaged products and packaging materials until the claim process is completed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international orders, all tariffs, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
