Cancellations (Before Order Ships):
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order before the order leaves the warehouse. Reach our agents at (254) 268-5171 during business hours, through the chat in the bottom right, or via email at info@thekitchenarena.com. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel your order before it leaves the warehouse, you will receive a refund of 97% of the purchase value.
Cancellations of Custom Orders:
Products that are customized or tailored to your specifications cannot be canceled or refunded since they are manufactured exclusively for your order. Please confirm if your order is custom by messaging or calling us.
Refunds and Returns:
If you wish to exchange a product, you may do so, but please note that the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs. Not all shipped orders are eligible for return, as this is subject to the manufacturer’s policies. For instance, commercial items typically cannot be returned. Additionally, returns may incur a 25% cancellation fee, along with return shipping costs. You have a 30-day period from the delivery date to initiate the return process. Returns are generally not accepted for espresso machines and grinders.

Warranty:
Warranties vary; check individual product pages. Damages reported after 30 days are not warranty claims.
Returns:
Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Most products have guaranteed warranty policies.
Buy One Get One Promotions:
For Buy One Get One promotions, returning both items is necessary for a full refund. Partial returns may result in replacement or store credit.
Chargebacks:
File a chargeback only after contacting us. Fraudulent chargebacks are subject to criminal liability. We aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
