If you need to return your product, you may do so within 30 days from receiving the product. You as the customer are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please email us at info@thekitchenarena.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, if the manufacturer will not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a refund. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on your brand and/or product and refer to individual product pages, as refund policies vary by brand.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs and manufacturer return requirements, returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. If you are replacing the product with something else, we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

When you are making a purchase from us you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
- I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to The Kitchen Arena within 24 hours of the product being delivered.
- I understand that I am responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery, verifying that the correct number of packages has been received, and noting any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing. I understand that failure to inspect and report shortages or freight damage within the required timeframe may result in the denial of a freight claim, refund, replacement, or exchange.
- I understand that I am responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange.
- I understand that products must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts included. Products that show signs of installation, use, modification, damage, missing parts, missing packaging, or any condition that prevents the product from being resold as new may be denied for return or may not be eligible for any refund.
- I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I am unable to receive a full refund.
- I understand that orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider (which may vary by transaction).
- I understand that if the product I ordered is out of stock, or becomes unavailable after my order is placed, I will be notified by email and SMS (phone calls will not be made) and my order will automatically be placed on backorder. I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor the email inbox and phone number associated with my order for such notifications. I understand that only a single email and a single SMS notification will be sent regarding the backorder status, and no additional notifications may be provided. I understand that I may request cancellation within 5 days of placing my order. If payment has not been captured and the order has not been submitted to the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier, a full refund will generally be issued. If payment has been captured, any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider may be deducted from the refund, even if the order has not yet been submitted to the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.
- I understand that if I do not apply an eligible discount code during checkout, any request to receive the corresponding discount must be made before payment for my order has been captured. I understand that I am required to provide the exact discount code for verification. I understand that requests made after payment has been captured, or requests relating to invalid, expired, misused, or otherwise ineligible discount codes, will not be approved.
- I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees, which vary by manufacturer and product and may be up to 25%.
- I understand that any original outbound shipping, freight, liftgate, residential delivery, appointment delivery, white glove delivery, or other carrier charges incurred in fulfilling my order are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund.
- I understand that custom, made-to-order, special-order, discontinued, and non-stock products are final sale and may not be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier.
- I understand that shipping date estimates outlined on product pages are estimates and may change due to factors completely outside of our control.
- I understand and agree that I will not cancel my order or file a chargeback for an order delay because an estimate time provided to me turned out to be incorrect due to factors outside the control of The Kitchen Arena (such as manufacturing and logistical constraints of our partner companies).
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your items do arrive damaged, please send photos of damage, box and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@thekitchenarena.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival, or the freight damage claim will not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending on the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur overtime and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, this is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The Kitchen Arena’s default policy is that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, reconsignment fees, and any freight-related charges caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Original outbound shipping, freight, liftgate, residential delivery, appointment delivery, and other carrier charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from any refund. Customers are responsible for any redelivery fees, storage fees, refused shipment fees, address correction fees, reconsignment fees, or other carrier charges incurred as a result of customer actions, omissions, or inaccurate information provided at checkout.
Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please note that all sales are final for products purchased for commercial use or products designed for commercial use. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind reasons, including situations where a different option or configuration is preferred after delivery, or if the product does not meet expectations while still covered under warranty.
Exceptions may apply in certain cases. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us to submit a warranty claim.
Cancellations
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid non-refundable payment processing fees imposed by the payment provider, which will be deducted from any refund. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately by emailing info@thekitchenarena.com. If an order has left the warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as the merchant processing fee. If an order is canceled after it has shipped, it will be treated as a regular 30-day return and will be subject to return shipping cost and restocking fees that are the responsibility of the customer.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product information, pricing, promotions, discounts, shipping charges, availability, specifications, images, and other website content, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to cancel, refuse, limit, or decline any order, whether before or after order confirmation, authorization, or payment capture, if the order was affected by incorrect information, whether the error originated from our website, a third-party service, a manufacturer, distributor, supplier, advertising platform, promotional campaign, or other source.
If an order is canceled due to a pricing, promotional, shipping, availability, supplier, freight, or other website error, any payment that has been captured will be refunded to the original payment method. If payment has not yet been captured, the order may be canceled without charge.
If an order cannot be fulfilled by the supplier, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If payment has already been captured, a partial refund will be issued minus any non-refundable payment processing fees. If payment has not been captured, the order will be canceled without charge.
Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer, distributor, or supplier, cancellation requests are subject to approval and may be denied. If a cancellation is approved, any supplier-imposed cancellation fees, restocking fees, freight charges, payment processing fees, and other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from the refund.
Price Matching
In the event an item goes on sale the later of 24 hours after a purchase is made, we are unable to provide a price match, or price adjustment to the current sale price. If the item is within the 30 day return window, or within the respective manufacturer's return window, you may return the item while paying any return shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees, which vary by manufacturer and product and may be up to 25%. If you need to request a price match or price adjustment within 24 hours of making a purchase, please do so by emailing info@thekitchenarena.com.
BOGO Promotions
In the event of a BOGO promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If one of the two items is returned, you will get a replacement of that item or a store credit for the value of that item when purchased on its own. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and depending on the manufacturer, potentially a restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing the order.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents are here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and we will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
If a chargeback is filed, we reserve the right to provide the payment processor, card issuer, bank, or other relevant parties with all available documentation relating to the order, including but not limited to order records, payment records, shipment tracking information, proof of delivery, customer communications, product descriptions, and acknowledgements of our policies and terms. We encourage customers to contact us directly so that we may work together to resolve any concerns before a chargeback is initiated.
