Return Eligibility (within 14 days)
Arteflame products purchased through The Kitchen Arena are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase for items that are:
- New, unused, unassembled, and resalable
- In their original, unopened packaging
Eligible returns are refunded less shipping costs.
Used items cannot be returned. Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts may receive a partial refund. Arteflame reserves the right to charge a 35% refinishing fee for any item not returned in sellable condition.
How to Start a Return (RMA Required)
All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Email info@thekitchenarena.com to request your RMA.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Return shipping to Arteflame is paid by the customer unless the return is due to manufacturer or fulfillment error.
- For exchanges, shipping for replacement item(s) is paid by the customer.
After 14 days, RMAs are not routinely issued. Returns may be considered case by case and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Final Sale Items
Purchases made as part of a promotion, sale, or discounted price are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
Orders placed using a coupon or coupon code are also considered final sale.
Shipping Charges & Refused Deliveries
If shipping was included (“free”) or discounted (flat rate) at purchase, the actual shipping cost (or the difference for flat-rate shipments) will be deducted from your refund.
Refused shipments or orders canceled after shipment will be refunded minus all shipping charges.
Tip: Use a trackable shipping service and consider shipping insurance.
Parts & Fitment Help
We work hard to provide accurate model numbers, part names, specifications, and dimensions. However, manufacturer part numbers may change even when model numbers remain the same. If you are unsure whether a part or accessory is compatible:
- Email info@thekitchenarena.com before placing your order.
- If a part is confirmed incompatible, returns or exchanges may be available if the item meets the eligibility requirements above.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by manufacturer or fulfillment error.
For orders with prepaid or included shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Any shipping costs incurred by Arteflame during fulfillment may also be deducted.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged products resulting from manufacturing or shipping issues may be replaced at Arteflame’s discretion.

Warranty
Arteflame products are covered by Arteflame’s manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects for three (3) years from the original purchase date for the original purchaser.
- Warranty applies to private (non-commercial) use only. Commercial use voids the warranty.
- The warranty is non-transferable.
- Warranty claims may require return authorization and shipment to the Arteflame facility following manufacturer instructions.
- Shipping to and from Arteflame is not covered under warranty and remains the customer’s responsibility.
- Items not manufactured directly by Arteflame may carry the original manufacturer (OEM) warranty instead.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
Refused Shipments
Refused deliveries or failure to accept delivery may incur all shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee.
