Quick Cool Mode
Sets the temperature setting at 35°F for 2 hours and 30 minutes, a quick solution for restoring your refrigerator interior temperature settings. This mode is best used after leaving your refrigerator opened to store away all your foods which releases all the cool air, raising the temperature inside. Quick Cool Mode is designed to pull the temperature back down for better preservation and reduce the risk of spoilage.
Quick Freeze Mode
Sets the temperature setting at -18°F for 24 hours. The solution for preventing defrost or melting of your foods in the freezer when you open it for any prolong period of time such as loading your groceries into the freezer.

What's Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty applies only to products purchased new from an authorized Verona dealer and installed in the United States.
Cosmetic Coverage
Cosmetic defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery and require photo/video documentation. This includes:
Glass components and light bulbs are covered for 30 days after delivery. Door gaskets are covered for 90 days from installation.
Warranty Service
Verona will first attempt to repair the appliance. If the same issue cannot be resolved after multiple authorized repair attempts, the manufacturer may approve a replacement at its discretion.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Commercial, rental, or leased use

Improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, transportation, accidents, fire, flooding, or other external events

Normal wear and tear or consumable components

Service to correct household electrical, gas, or plumbing connections
For installations located outside the manufacturer's authorized service network, additional travel or transportation charges may apply.
