The Turbo Air M3R19-1-N single-section reach-in refrigerator uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to keep temperatures in the cabinet between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Its system is self-contained, so all the components are built together. The condenser is brushed daily by a self-cleaning device, removing dust and preventing a premature system breakdown. Treated to resist corrosion, the hot gas condensate system is made to increase efficiency and prevent condensate water overflow.
There are three polyethylene-coated shelves in the cabinet. Since they are adjustable, the shelves suit a variety of applications. LED lighting inside the refrigerator provides visibility for staff convenience. The interior is made of aluminum with a stainless steel floor, so it is corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
Magnetic door gaskets create a seal between the door and the frame to prevent cold air leaks. If the door is not properly shut, an alarm sounds to notify the operator.
