Its interior is equipped with three adjustable shelves, which are clearly visible through the glass window and lighted by LEDs. To maintain product quality by preserving and circulating heat, this unit is built with high-density polyurethane insulation and a ducted fan air distribution system.

To provide long-term durability and corrosion resistance, the Turbo Air M3H24-1-G full-height heated cabinet is made of easy-to-clean stainless steel. It features a digital control system on which operators can adjust the temperature between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The right-hinged steel door stays closed with replaceable one-piece magnetic door gaskets, but in the event the door does not seal properly, the monitor system sounds an alarm. This unit is positioned on swivel casters to ease transportation between locations; two of the casters have brakes to lock the unit in place when needed.
