Designed and constructed autolift module that raises baskets with a patented automation system creating the standardization of the pasta cooking process.
Can be used with either of our electric or gas powered pasta cooker.
Flexible configuration depending on operator's needs and preferences.
Mounted left or right of the pasta cooker, to either a single or double pasta cooker with the option to use either 1/3 baskets or 1/6 baskets.
Three programs for each auto lift module.
Simplified electronic controls with adjustable timers.
Acoustical signal at the end of each cooking cycle warns the operator that the pasta is ready to be service thus avoiding service delays.
Then the autolift module raises the baskets as the program ends its cycle.
