RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We cover the cost of return shipping. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process after the returned items are received.
Certain products are not eligible for returns. We do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include:

• Certain health and personal care items
Partial refunds may be granted in some situations, such as:
• Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

For late or missing refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there can be a processing delay. SHIPPING
To qualify for free return shipping, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including its original packaging.
If these conditions are not met, you will need to cover the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs in this case are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
The time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

WARRANTY
The manufacturer offers a limited warranty to the original purchaser covering defects in material and workmanship for the specified periods:
- Range Hoods: 2 years
- Bathroom Fans: 1 year
- Ceiling Fans: 1 year
The responsibility of manufacturer is limited to repair or replacement of defective products, or a refund at our discretion. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper installation, damage during shipping, or other specified exclusions. Any claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
For warranty service, contact our customer service team at (254) 268-5171 or info@thekitchenarena.com with proof of purchase and details of the defect. Claims must be submitted in writing within six months of noticing the defect.
