Warranty
1-Year Warranty on Parts & Labor
All new Gaggia espresso machines and grinders include a limited one-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor (terms apply). Shipping, handling, or packaging costs related to sending the product to a service facility are not included in this warranty. For service inquiries, contact info@thekitchenarena.com or submit a request via the support ticket system.
Warranty Exclusions Include:

Modifications, tampering, or disassembly of the machine

Use outside intended purposes or contrary to the user manual (including improper maintenance)

Damage from misuse, neglect, abuse, or vandalism

Rust or deterioration from environmental or chemical exposure

Incidents such as fires, accidents, or theft

Power issues or external installation faults (e.g., power surges, blown fuses)

Natural events (e.g., floods, lightning, earthquakes, hurricanes)

Wear or aging from regular use

Unauthorized service or use of non-original parts
-
Absence of valid proof of purchase

Indirect or consequential damage or loss (e.g., injury, property damage, inability to use the product)

Uninstallation/reinstallation expenses, technician visits, or downtime-related losses
-
Cosmetic concerns (e.g., scratches, rust spots, discoloration, dents) that are normal with handcrafted items

Use of counterfeit replacement parts or unauthorized servicing
Installation
For commercial equipment that requires professional installation, adherence to all manufacturer-provided installation guidelines is necessary. Failure to follow these guidelines voids the warranty.
Refer to the machine’s documentation for installation requirements and coordinate with appropriate professionals and local code enforcement as needed.
If installation services are not included with the purchase, costs must be covered separately. Changes to a scheduled installation must be communicated to Gaggia USA at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. If the site is unprepared upon the installer’s arrival, extra charges may apply or the installation may be rescheduled.
Returns
All sales are considered final, with limited exceptions.
Orders should be inspected upon delivery. If any of the following issues are found:

Report the issue to info@thekitchenarena.com within 5 business days of delivery. Items with visible shipping damage must not be used.
