Ideal for smoothies, slushies, frozen coffee, and frozen cocktails, the Fetco FC3 frozen drink machine (PEL0301) can be used for noncarbonated frozen and chilled beverages. Equipped with three 3.2-gallon-capacity bowls, the unit works well for serving multiple flavors. Each bowl has an LED light in the cover for visibility and a double auger system that uses vertical and horizontal augers to keep the product consistently mixed. Because the pan under the augers stays cold, product being held in them maintains the correct temperature. This Fetco FC3 frozen drink machine's (PEL0301) condensation bypass system channels liquid on the bowls into the drip tray to prevent contamination in the dispensing area.
