Since the refrigeration system is mounted on the bottom of the cabinet, it is accessible for maintenance and operates in a cool area. Product is held at a temperature within a range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is more eco-friendly than traditional options.
