The Turbo Air TPR-93SD-N pizza prep table holds 12 third-size, 6-inch-deep pans in the top section. A forced-air system keeps the pans’ temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Contaminants are kept out of the pans by an insulated cover, and ingredients can be added to pizza dough on the full-length, 19 1⁄4-inch-deep cutting board.
The interior and exterior of the Turbo Air TPR-93SD-N pizza prep table are made of stainless steel, resisting rust, dents, and scratches. The shelves in the cabinet base are also constructed of stainless steel to facilitate cleaning. A side-mounted, front-breathing refrigeration system keeps the temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant helps maintain it.
