The Turbo Air TCBE-36SDR-N6 chef base has two stainless steel drawers that have a total capacity of 18 sixth-size pans, with a reinforced, stainless steel top that can hold 788 pounds of equipment. It is great for fryers, ovens, steamers, and other countertop units. To prevent heat transfer, the top is insulated while the rest of the unit is insulated with polyurethane to retain cold air. The Turbo Air TCBE-36SDR-N6 chef base is constructed of durable stainless steel for strength.
