Love it! (but not perfect)

We have had the s9 ek ta dsp for 8 months now. It has made around 20000 coffees and not a single issue. We do not regret such an expensive investment. We do maintenance when the machine tells us to, and we use La Spaziale products for the maintenance.

The Good
* makes great coffee
* maintenance isn’t too bad
* no mechanical issues

* emptying drip tray is frequent; could use a larger tray

We purchased our S9 EK TA DSP at The Kitchen Arena. We’ve been using it for almost 2 years with no issues. Our Spaziale machine is being used daily many times during the day. So it runs all the time. So far it makes excellent coffee and all the functions work flawlessly. We don’t make any fancy coffee drink with milk. We just wanted a good quality coffee which this machine does an excellent job of providing. So far our experience was excellent and trouble free. We hope it will remain that way. We would definitely purchase another one if needed.
