Since 1979, Izzo has created a unique, velvety, sweet, and fruity espresso. Founded by Vincenzo Izzo in Naples, the company gained international recognition by 1993. They began producing coffee machines in 1994 and introduced the iconic Capri machine in 1995. Lever machines and the PID system were added in 1997. In 1998, pressurized coffee tins were launched. Expansion continued with the first franchised bar in 2000, the Izzo Academy in 2006, and a new factory in 2014. Pods and capsules debuted in 2020, and the Family Espresso Project launched in 2021.
