To set up the Quick Mill Alexia Evo espresso machine, first, fill the water reservoir and switch it to the left position to fill the boiler. Then, switch it to the right position to fully power on and heat up the machine. As you use it, a low-water sensor will alert you with a beep when water is running low. Pulling a shot is simple: set your desired temperature using the PID, grind and tamp your coffee, then lock the portafilter and lift the brew lever. Steaming milk is easy too: purge the steam wand, steam your milk, then brew your espresso.
