Warranty
1-Year Warranty on Parts
All brand-new La Pavoni espresso machines come with a one-year warranty that covers parts. Please note, this warranty does not include any expenses related to shipping, handling, or the packaging necessary to send the product to the service facility. If you need a repair, replacement part, or refurbishment, feel free to contact our support team at info@thekitchenarena.com or submit a request through our support ticket system.
What the Warranty Excludes:
- Any modifications, tampering, or disassembly of the machine
- Use of the product outside its intended purpose or against the user manual instructions (including improper maintenance)
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, intentional harm, or vandalism
- Rust or deterioration caused by environmental factors or chemical exposure
- Incidents such as fires, accidents, or theft
- Power issues or faulty installation from external sources (e.g., blown fuses, power surges)
- Natural events like floods, lightning, droughts, hurricanes, earthquakes, windstorms, and other acts of nature beyond Franke's control
- Normal aging or wear from regular use
- Any service or repairs done by unauthorized personnel or with non-original parts
- Lack of valid proof of purchase
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage or loss, including injury, property damage, or inability to use the product
- Expenses related to uninstalling, reinstalling, or technician visits, as well as losses from not being able to use the product
- Cosmetic issues like scratches, rust spots, discoloration, dents, or natural material imperfections, which are considered normal traits of handcrafted items
- Any unauthorized servicing or use of counterfeit replacement parts
Returns
All purchases are considered final, with limited exceptions:
We ask that you carefully check your order upon delivery. If you discover that your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged
- Incorrect (not the item you ordered)

Shipping Damage: Be sure to inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If there are any signs of shipping damage, do not use the machine. Instead, report the issue by emailing info@thekitchenarena.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
