Warranty
- All equipment is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty on defective parts from the date of delivery. Labor, installation, maintenance, misuse, wear-and-tear items, and shipping costs are not included.
- Warranty coverage applies only when the machine is:
- Installed by a qualified technician
- Connected to a proper water filtration/softening system from the date of installation
- Used according to manufacturer guidelines
- Damage caused by scale buildup, improper installation, incorrect voltage, lack of water treatment, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under warranty.
- Customers are responsible for routine maintenance, cleaning, water filtration replacement, and preventive servicing.
Shipping Damage
- Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
- If the packaging or equipment appears damaged:
- Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
- Take clear photos of the packaging and product
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in the freight claim being denied.
- Minor cosmetic imperfections, normal manufacturing variations, or transit-related packaging wear that do not affect machine performance are not considered warranty issues.
