Contaminants are kept out of the pans by an insulated cover, and ingredients can be added to pizza dough on the full-length, 19 1⁄4-inch-deep cutting board.

The interior and exterior of the Turbo Air TPR-93SD-N pizza prep table are made of stainless steel, resisting rust, dents, and scratches. The shelves in the cabinet base are also constructed of stainless steel to facilitate cleaning. A side-mounted, front-breathing refrigeration system keeps the temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant helps maintain it.
