The Turbo Air TCBE-82SDR-E-N chef base is constructed of stainless steel for durability and resistance to corrosion and rust. It's designed to hold large equipment at a comfortable working height and features a heavy-duty stainless steel top plate that can support 1,192 pounds of extra weight. The chef base has four drawers with recessed handles, and each drawer can accommodate food pans as deep as 6 inches.
The Turbo Air TCBE-82SDR-E-N chef base’s refrigeration system is side mounted and equipped with a self-cleaning condenser for efficient function. To keep contents at a set level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, the refrigeration system makes use of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The chef base is insulated with high-density polyurethane foam to hold in cold temperatures, and the full unit provide 16 cubic feet of storage.
Excellent for grill stations and fast-paced kitchens needing refrigerated storage directly under countertop cooking equipment.
