The Pratic Avant Xtra SAE Single-Group Commercial Espresso Machine from Astoria is designed to provide convenience and a user-friendly experience at a highly affordable price without sacrificing the features found on its larger 2 and 3 group siblings. This single-group, heat exchange machine operates automatically, allowing baristas to perform multiple tasks effortlessly and save valuable time during the drink preparation process. With the inclusion of raised groups and downlights as a standard feature, the Xtra model offers an even more seamless workflow compared to its predecessor, the Pratic Avant AEP.

Features

• Volumetric Control - Features four programmable volumetric dosing buttons, automating workflow and ensuring shot consistency. 
• Heat Exchanger - Brew water is pulled through a copper pipe that runs through the boiler, while steam is pulled directly from the boiler, allowing you to brew and steam at the same time. 
• Temperature stabilized groups- Excellent temperature stability for a more consistent extraction temperature.
• Tall Cup- Easily fits tall sized cups and a stainless steel tray for shorter cups. 
• Pre-infusion technology -  Pre-infuses the coffee cake at a lower pressure for efficient, consistent extraction.
• Hot water dispenser - Able to output lower temperature hot water for teas and americanos.
• Half-turn steam knobs- Swift and practical rotation of just 90° to turn steam on and off.

Warranty

• All equipment is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty on defective parts from the date of delivery. Labor, installation, maintenance, misuse, wear-and-tear items, and shipping costs are not included.
• Warranty coverage applies only when the machine is:
  • Installed by a qualified technician
  • Connected to a proper water filtration/softening system from the date of installation
  • Used according to manufacturer guidelines
• Damage caused by scale buildup, improper installation, incorrect voltage, lack of water treatment, neglect, abuse, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under warranty.
• Customers are responsible for routine maintenance, cleaning, water filtration replacement, and preventive servicing.

Shipping Damage

• Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
• If the packaging or equipment appears damaged:
  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Failure to report shipping damage within 48 hours may result in the freight claim being denied.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections, normal manufacturing variations, or transit-related packaging wear that do not affect machine performance are not considered warranty issues.

• 220V outlet: A dedicated 220V power outlet is required to ensure proper performance and safe operation of your machine.
• Water Filtration: A water filtration system is recommended to protect your machine and maintain consistent coffee quality.
• Pressure regulator: A pressure regulator may be needed if your water pressure is too high to ensure safe and stable operation.
